Research, question generation and review, refactoring, tests and translations all run through language models. Architecture and game design decisions stay with me.
A small team with a wide reach. Kvízákov was created and is run by a single developer who has already operated a website serving over a million users a month and now builds a game engine for live broadcast.
I have been writing code for over twenty years, mostly for things that had to survive real production traffic. My first big project was a music website I built and ran for years, which grew to more than a million users a month. That is where I learned what helps me most on Kvízákov today: the gap between a working prototype and a service that runs every single day is an entire discipline of its own.
Kvízákov is my answer to the question of why live broadcasts are so passive. I wrote the game engine, the database of 90,018 questions, the rendering layer and the control application used to run a broadcast. Server, graphics, audio, points economy, this website. All of it my own code.
Doing this alone is not heroism, it is a method. A large share of the routine work runs through agentic programming, where I write the specification and the architecture and let language models carry the volume. That is how one person keeps a pace that used to require a team.
ExpertiseKvízákov is deliberately built so that a small team can run it. That is not a limitation I want to hire my way out of, it is a property I intend to keep as the product grows.

Something new ships into the game every week and gets tested live with the chat immediately. Feedback from hundreds of players arrives the same evening, not a month later in a survey.
No office, no third party engine licences, no layers in between. Money goes into compute and content, the only two things a player actually notices.
I reply to email within two working days. Questions about licensing the engine, partnerships or press coverage get a detailed answer.
